§ 04 — Recovery Outcomes

Six defensible outcomes for every reconstructed asset.

Once the record exists, classification becomes possible. Each disposition is defensible only against specific fields of the Recovery File.

§ 04.a

Recovery classification

The investment is producing substantiated value.

Evidence required
  • Verified financial outcomes (O.02) exceed reconstructed total cost (E.01–E.04).
  • Business owner (G.01) accepts continued responsibility on the reconstructed record.
  • Model, provider, and data rights (A.01, A.02) are current and defensible.
§ 04.b
